- All Avenue at York residents have an assigned parking space.
- Guest / visitor parking is available on the first floor of each garage.
- You also have the option of reserving a visitor space for a guest. Please consult the front office for more details.
- Unauthorized parking will result in a fine of $900.
- The allocated vehicle limit per unit is 22.
- Yes, street parking is available near the property for residents and visitors who have leased.
- Yes, there are designated parking areas for motorcycles or bicycles.
- No, residents cannot request additional parking spaces if needed.

- Pet Rent - The monthly pet rent is $40 for 1 pet or $80 for 2 pets.

- Pet Types Allowed - We are proud to say that we are pet-friendly and welcome cats and dogs.
- Pet Fee - There is a one-time pet fee of $100 for 1 pet or $200 for 2 pets.
- Pet Types Restricted - Dogs that contain a mix of any of the breeds listed are not permitted: Newfoundland, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog.
